- We do not guarantee that new followers will engage with your content. We only guarantee the delivery of the followers or likes you have paid for.
- We do not guarantee that 100% of the accounts following you will have a profile picture, bio, or uploaded photos, although we make every effort to ensure a high level of authenticity.
- We strongly recommend that all customers thoroughly read the service description before placing an order.
- Services are provided based on the start and finish counts of your social media profile or posts as indicated by the platform.
- Do not delete posts or change your username while an order is in progress. Once an order is completed, no refunds or cancellations will be issued due to changes made by the customer.
- Refill Policy: Refills are only available if your order drops below its completed count but remains above its initial start count. If your count falls below the starting count, you are not eligible for a refill. In that case you can get in touch with our support for help. It is your responsibility to restore the start count before requesting a refill.
- You agree not to upload any content to GROOMPANEL that violates the terms and guidelines of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, including but not limited to explicit content or material that may be considered inappropriate.
- No refunds will be issued through PayPal. Once a deposit is made, it is non-reversible. You must use your account balance to place orders.
- Disputes/Chargebacks: Filing a dispute or chargeback after completing a deposit is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the termination of your account and the cancellation of all future orders. In case of any issues, please contact our support team immediately.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If an order is deemed non-deliverable or stuck, you will receive an automatic refund back into your account credits.
- Orders placed on private accounts or with incorrect information are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure the accuracy of all order details before submitting.
- Any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate account termination without exception.
- Avoid using the same service type for the same link at the same time, as this may affect the accuracy of your order. No refunds will be issued in such cases. There is detailed information about it already on the page.
Most services begin instantly upon order placement. However, certain services may take 24 to 48 hours for delivery. If your service is not delivered within the expected time frame, please contact our support team, which is available 24/7 to assist you.
When using the Checkout payment method to make payments using cards, please be aware of the following regulations from our payment gateway:
1. Limit on Invalid Attempts: If there are more than two invalid or failed payment attempts, the card payment option will be deactivated for your account. This is an automatic regulation from the payment gateway and is beyond our control.
2. Sufficient Funds Requirement: Ensure your card has sufficient funds for a minimum payment of $5.
3. Fee for Invalid Attempts: Each invalid payment attempt will incur a fee of $0.15.
